A First-of-Its-Kind Symposium

For too long, women have been told to quietly endure perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. At Capacity changes that story.

On October 25th in Pittsburgh, PA - join us for a one-day experience that brings together the science, the empowerment, and the sisterhood you need to thrive in midlife and beyond.

Step out of survival mode and into a season of clarity, capacity, and connection.

Midlife isn’t a breakdown - it’s a breakthrough. But too often, women are left to quietly endure the shifts of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond without support, science, or community. With At Capacity, you don’t just show up - you leave transformed.

You come with...

  • Questions about health, hormones, and capacity - and the need for real answers.

  • Fatigue from carrying so much with so little margin - the weight of always holding it all together.

  • A desire to align your leadership with your wellbeing - so success doesn't come at the cost of yourself

  • The hope for connection with women who get it - and the reminder that you’re not alone in this season.

You leave with...

  • Clarity about your health, hormones, and capacity -grounded in science and lived experience.

  • Practical strategies to reclaim your margins - so fatigue doesn’t define you.

  • A renewed sense of alignment - where your leadership and wellbeing fuel each other instead of competing.

  • Connection and community - a network of women who carry much, yet are learning to set it down.

What Makes At Capacity Symposium Different?

  • It’s not another surface-level wellness talk. You’ll get real science, real stories, and real strategies that meet you where you are in midlife.

  • We integrate health and leadership. Most events focus on one or the other. Here, you’ll learn how to align both - because your wellbeing fuels your influence.

  • We talk about what’s been ignored. Health, Hormones, fatigue, weight gain, capacity, burnout - no sugar-coating, no taboo.

  • It’s experiential, not just informational. You’ll engage in conversations, reflection, and community - not just sit through lectures.

  • It’s built for women who carry a lot. This isn’t theory - it’s a day designed for women who rarely set it down, to find clarity, space, and answers.

You will leave empowered to strengthen your health, expand your leadership, and extend your longevity. Because midlife isn’t a breakdown - it’s a breakthrough.

What is the At Capacity Symposium?

This symposium is about empowering brilliant, capable consumer women who make more than 80% of health decisions. To change their own health and the health of everyone they touch.

Women influence 85% of consumer purchasing decisions and account for over $31.8 trillion annual spending. Yet, they face a 20-30% higher risk of misdiagnosis than men (NIH) and bear the brunt of a $150 billion productivity loss due to menopause related challenges (Mayo) . The At Capacity Symposium is here to bridge that gap connecting women with vital info - empowering them with vital info they need to make decisions for themselves and everyone they influence.

What’s the agenda?

The final agenda will be posted on the event website the week of the event.

If I have a VIP ticket and run late, will you hold my seat?

VIP seats are reserved until 10 minutes before the program begins. After that time, we cannot guarantee seating preference.

Will there be food?

If you are holding a VIP ticket, this grants you entry into a lunch session dedicated to advancing women leaders in reclaiming their health.

Can I pick up my gift bag after the event?

Gift bags must be collected onsite. They will not be available after the event. There is a chance that Reyne’s book will not be available the day of the conference. If this is the case, it will be mailed to you when it is available.
